What we do

7shifts creates tools to help restaurants save time, money and their sanity! We work with restaurants from mom-and-pop shops, to national franchises, to help them reinvent the way staff are scheduled, engaged, communicated, and retained. We've raised venture capital from investors in Silicon Valley, Toronto, and New York to tackle the hard problems that the restaurant industry faces everyday when it comes to team management.

Offices in Saskatoon and Toronto offer full time work spaces or hybrid for those want the best of both worlds. Social events and team building opportunities are provided both in person and virtually for our fun-loving crew. In addition our people and culture team conduct the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes fully virtual.
